Work Environment

This role operates in a fully remote work setting, empowering you to manage your schedule while focusing on delivering high-quality mental health counseling. Engaging with clients through live video sessions will be your primary mode of communication. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting virtual, evidence-based therapy sessions, engaging clients in methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Creating and assigning tailored digital lessons and resources to clients, enhancing the therapeutic experience between sessions.
  • Performing peer-based quality assurance reviews to uphold a high standard of clinical practice.
  • Participating in clinical consultation meetings to discuss complex cases and refine your therapeutic techniques.
  • Engaging in ongoing training sessions to continually upgrade your skills and stay updated on the latest mental health practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be providing care primarily to adults and adolescents suffering from a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. Your effective use of technology will facilitate an engaging therapeutic experience, allowing for flexibility and responsiveness to client needs.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in a clinical field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
  • An unrestricted license as LCSW, LISW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, or LMHC, permitting you to practice independently without supervision.
  • Experience in delivering evidence-based treatment methods and a proven ability to maintain a full clinical caseload.
  • Comfort accessing and utilizing digital tools to conduct therapy and track client progress.
  • A commitment to providing empathetic, client-centered care.
Preferred Experience

While not required, preferred candidates will have:

  • Experience delivering mental health services through a telehealth platform.
  • A background in group therapy facilitation or interdisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Advanced training in various therapeutic modalities.
Compensation and Benefits
