This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in meeting the needs of both our team and our patients. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the interplay of psychiatric and medical conditions affecting patients’ mental health.
• Develop personalized and integrated treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of each individual.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapy modalities that encourage personal growth and recovery.
• Coordinate care with medical providers to ensure cohesive treatment strategies that maximize positive health outcomes for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that patients receive immediate attention and resources.
• Educate patients on the connection between mental health and physical health, empowering them to take charge of their overall wellness.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in regular team meetings and interdisciplinary care planning discussions to facilitate ongoing collaboration and case management.
• Keep abreast of current research, methods, and advancements in integrated care to enhance the quality of services provided.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals who are navigating mental health challenges alongside chronic medical issues. This holistic approach is integral in delivering comprehensive healthcare and improving patient quality of life. Through your work, you will not only provide therapeutic support but also become an essential advocate for each patient’s holistic health, addressing both their mental and physical needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with patients who present co-occurring medical conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow for effective relationship-building with clients and team members.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other relevant technological tools.

• A background in integrated care delivery, with specific emphasis on treating patients with complex health profiles.
• Prior experience in a remote working environment is a plus, along with proficiency in virtual therapy methodologies.
• Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or other relevant treatment modalities will be considered an asset.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
