Medical Assistant – Men’s Health Clinic
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch 12–1)
Locations: Virginia Beach

What You’ll DoAs a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and professional patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming clinic environment
• Conducting patient intake (medical history and reason for visit)
• Preparing exam rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinic
• Taking and recording patient vitals in EMR
• Performing phlebotomy (blood draws)
• Running basic in-house lab tests and preparing specimens for external labs
• Administering injections (Testosterone, weight loss injections, and vitamin injections)
• Assisting providers with patient care and administer Gainswave ED treatments
• Ensuring lab results are accurately entered into patient charts
• Maintaining accurate records while following all HIPAA protocols
• Supporting front desk operations including scheduling and patient communication
Because we are growing, team members may occasionally rotate between our Virginia Beach and Chesapeake locations.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for someone who is:
• A positive, can-do team player
• Passionate about helping patients improve their health
• Comfortable discussing and performing sensitive procedures
• Organized, detail oriented, organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
Preferred Experience:

• Medical assistant experience in a clinical setting
• Experience in men’s health, med spa, weight loss, urology, family practice, endocrinology, or laboratory environments
• Phlebotomy and lab experience
• Front desk or medical administration experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Additional Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant OR LPN certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to submit to a background check
