• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using personalized approaches to foster resilience and promote mental well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, continuously tracking and measuring progress throughout the treatment process.
• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual connectivity or have mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to fulfill ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Men’s Talk Mental Health Services, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. The therapeutic environment you help cultivate will encourage clients to share their experiences in an open and constructive manner, fostering trust and enabling successful therapeutic outcomes.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trustful relationships with clients.
• A demonstrated empathetic and nonjudgmental disposition towards clients’ varying experiences and struggles.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience providing therapy for addiction-related issues is preferred.
• Prior experience in a private practice environment may enhance your capability to navigate client expectations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.

• An annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, with specific compensation based on experience and credentials.
