Broad River Retail is currently hiring for multiple retail leadership positions within the posted region.

General Manager: Leads overall store performance by driving sales results, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while upholding Broad River Retail's mission and standards.

Associate General Manager: Supports the General Manager in driving store performance by assisting in leading the sales team, reinforcing operational standards, and coaching associates to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Senior Sales Manager: Drives personal and team sales success while developing leadership skills through hands-on selling, coaching associates, and executing the company's proven sales process.

DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER

  • Depending on the role you are hired for, Job Duties may entail:
  • Champion Broad River Retail's mission, values, and customer beliefs in every interaction with guests and team members.
  • Lead and support daily sales activities by coaching Home Furnishing Consultants and reinforcing a consistent, customer-focused sales process.
  • Drive store performance by monitoring key metrics such as revenue, sales per guest, sleep sales, and protection plans.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by actively engaging customers on the showroom floor and ensuring their needs are exceeded.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork.
  • Maintain showroom standards including cleanliness, merchandising, and accurate price tagging to create a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to review store performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improve results.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, technology, and personal leadership effectiveness.
