The West Virginia University School of Medicine, Department of Neurology, and Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute seek a Memory Specialist qualified at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV.

Duties: The successful candidate will practicein the area ofmemory disorders/cognitiveneurology. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical licensure. Successful candidate must have completed a neurology residency programand memory disorders fellowshipor cognitive neurology fellowship. Candidate must beboardeligible/board certified in neurologyand in memory disordersor cognitive neurology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

TheWVU RNI Memory Health Clinicis the only multi-disciplinary specialty clinic in the state of West Virginia that offers comprehensive, individualized diagnosis and treatment for dementia, while providing support for caregivers.The integrative Clinic brings together a team of neurologists, geriatricians, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and nurse practitioners to offer multidisciplinary care and emotional and resource support.The RNI team is pioneering innovativeclinical trials and researchthroughthe use ofFocused Ultrasound (FUS), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Virtual Reality (VR), and wearable technologies to better treat Alzheimer's and memory disorders.
