Description

Howard Memorial Hospital is in need of a registered nurse for our Patient Care Unit.
Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates professionalism and ability to work with cultural diversity
  • Participates in patient/family/staff education.
  • Collaborates with other staff and ancillary departments as a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Provides safe practice in all aspects of patient care activities.
  • Utilizes knowledge, skill, and judgement in providing direct and indirect patient care.

Qualifications

  • RN licensed in State of Arkansas or Compact Licenses
  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
  • BLS/ACLS required; PALS preferred but not required.
  • NIH Stroke Scale annual certification required within one year of entry into position.
  • Current Arkansas or Compact State RN licensure
