This is a growing non-profit organization that is expanding its membership department (life insurance).  This organization has wonderful benefits and an amazing work-life balance. 
A small and growing insurance agency that has been around since the 1950s. Great office in downtown Falls Church, VA.
Responsibilities for Membership Services Representative:
  • Handle inbound calls regarding insurance claims, address change, change of beneficiary, etc. 
  • Address and resolves member services inquiries through phone and email
  • Educate prospective members on various products
  • Assist with data entry, managing the mail, and sending out letters to members
  • Assist with the system testing as needed
Qualifications for Membership Services Representative:

  • Prior call center experience or billing experience is a must
  • Bachelors degree is nice to have, but not required
  • Strong communication skills both written and communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Experience
  • Organized, great attention to detail, thoroughness
  • Ability to work independently
