We're seeking a proactive, passionate, and detail-driven part-time Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our retreat. Schedule/Expected work hours
  • 6–8-hour shifts 
  • Must be able to work varied shifts to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Champion the Cloud 9 Wellness Experience, ensuring each guest receives personalized care from arrival to departure.
  • Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage and skincare therapy.
  • Partner with the General Manager on membership strategy, including overcoming obstacles and building rapport.
  • Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and alignment to brand tone.
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, and developing and retaining team members.
  • Facilitate front desk associate training and coaching with role-playing to support membership sales.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience in membership sales.
  • Minimum of one year of leadership experience in wellness or spa service setting is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa management software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating standards in a branded or franchise environment is preferred.
