Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome Members: Warmly greet members, create a friendly atmosphere, and develop first-name relationships. Verify check-ins and resolve issues.
  • New Membership Tours and Sign-ups: Conduct tours, assist with enrollment, and explain membership options.
  • Lead Generation/Sales: Understand the services and products we offer in-depth, stay curious, and discover when members need our help in transforming their health and wellness journey.
  • Equipment Cleaning: Regularly sanitize and organize equipment.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe environment; put away weights and monitor/report maintenance issues.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and exceed member expectations.
  • Answering Calls and Message Handling: Handle calls professionally and redirect or take accurate messages.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain effective communication with management and staff.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring proper tracking.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic retail sales knowledge
  • Functional computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to lift 45lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Team player who upholds KlickWay Athletics' values and policies
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
