Job Responsibilities

 
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

  • Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

  • Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

  • Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

  • Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

  • Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

  • Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
