We are seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator. The Employee Relations Coordinator is essential to the Workforce Management Team. This role is responsible for all aspects of client and employee service, including issue resolution, compliance, and overall workforce management delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Client and our Employees working on-site.
  • Manage and conduct Employee relations, recognition, morale, and retention programs.
  • Ensure all Employees' weekly time is entered and collected.
  • Perform and deliver Employee performance/quality reviews.
  • Coordinate and deliver Employee new hire packets, onboarding process, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Enter candidate information into Knowledge Services software systems.
  • Facilitate, manage, and assist in resolving all Client and Employee-related issues.
  • Recommend solutions to any employment-related issues raised by Clients and Employees, as well as review processes on an ongoing basis to identify proactive ways to improve efficiencies.
  • Communicate proactively and regularly with Client and Employees.
  • Visit Client and Employees at Client locations in Indiana.
  • Develop and deliver monthly program/training updates to Employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and Employees.
  • When onsite at a client, perform onsite safety evaluations, if applicable. Always report any unsafe work practices to Human Resources.
  • Maintains knowledge of all applicable leave and accommodation laws, including the FMLA, ADA, and state and local laws.
  • Decision-Making: Limited; escalates complex issues.
Qualifications
  • Must be professional and customer service oriented.
  • Ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, fast, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, planning, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action for resolution.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel (drive) at least one (1) day a week.
  • Client-facing and strong relationship-building experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Willing to assist with various office projects.
  • Staffing & Recruiting Industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
