RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate policy information
- Help customers with policy changes, renewals, and updates
- Support the claims processhelping customers take the next step and following up until its resolved
- Keep thorough, organized records of customer interactions and requests
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred (but a willingness to learn and serve is essential)
