Job Title: Venue Concierge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Venue Concierge to support the event day operations of our venue. This role involves ensuring smooth event execution, providing exceptional client service, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment and touring prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues during events.
  • Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure operations run efficiently and clients/guests are satisfied.
  • Give tours of the venue to potential clients to assist the sales process.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the venue throughout events.
  • Support administrative tasks such as building tour materials, imputing tour notes post tours and responding to emails or phone calls.
  • Uphold venue policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down events, ensuring all areas are properly organized and meet client expectations.
