Position Description:
Meeting Planner / Event Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Meeting Planner / Event Coordinator to manage planning, logistics, and execution of corporate training meetings for one of CGI's valued clients. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to coordinate meeting & event logistics in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal business leaders, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver seamless and impactful experiences.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located near the Atlanta airport.
Responsibilities
. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate training meetings, offsites and events.
. Manage all logistics, including catering, travel coordination, and on-site support.
. Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure all event elements align with objectives, budgets, and brand standards.
. Develop detailed project plans and event timelines to ensure flawless execution.
. Coordinate communications and materials for event participants.
. Provide post-event reporting, debriefs, and continuous improvement recommendations.
. Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
. 5+ years' experience.
. Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Strong project management and organizational skills.
. Experience using MS Office Products, MS Teams, and Zoom.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required
