JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Professional Education - MedTech is accountable for the education strategy, development, and execution of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery professional education offerings for all Surgery key focus areas. Performance will require strong clinical / customer knowledge, exceptional collaboration and teamwork with Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Commercial Education teams! Roles include content curriculum creation/management, faculty engagement, coordination and communication with business partners and budget management. This individual will adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as Company Health Care Compliance policies.

In this role you will, manage the execution of Professional Education programs including facilitation, coordination and management of faculty, learners, facilities, organization, and vendors to ensure that programs are conducted efficiently, effectively, and compliantly.

In addition, you will implement data-based decision making to develop measurable project plans with clear objectives, achievements, resource requirements, and results to manage priorities to ensure maximum efficiency. As well as lead projects through application of customer insights and strategy to develop and implement new education offerings to meet business plan requirements. Ensuring to engage and reinforce key learning concepts throughout the customer learning journey; optimizing the education modality for the most effective and efficient approach.

Ability to apply strategic and big picture thinking in developing and planning for additional customer types and procedures while translating customer insights to key business partners. We have a commitment to understanding the digital world and apply existing and innovative technology/channels to reliably reach multiple customers.

You must be dedicated to achieve and maintain clinical and disease state knowledge to build effective and accurate learning solutions for Professional Education.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • MBA or certification in an educational or training-related field/program preferred.
  • 6 -8 years of business experience required.
  • Demonstrated record in healthcare industry sales, marketing or education is required, preferably within Medical Device or Technology.
  • Knowledge in key specialties aligned to the role required.
  • The role will require up to 60% travel within the designated territory.
  • Faculty interaction/management.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and Instructional design experience, e.g., building curriculum for healthcare providers.
  • Experience in designing distance learning.
  • Experience in surgical simulation, tele mentoring, and innovative training modalities.

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
