Job Overview:
Advanced Life Clinic is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Clinic Managerโ€ฏto oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. This role requires a visible leadership presence, with daily onsite support at the clinic engaging directly with teams and clients.ย 

The Clinic Manager will report directly to the Area Managerโ€ฏand play a critical role in executing corporate strategies at the clinic level while providing day-to-day leadership and support to clinic team.ย 

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Managementย 

  • Lead, motivate, and support clinic employees , including providers andย ย frontline staff, to achieve operational and financial goals.ย 

  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture aligned with company values.ย 

  • Provide direct coaching and mentorship to develop leadership capabilities within the clinic.ย 

Operational Oversightย 

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.ย 

  • Asses performance, support clinic goals, and ensure consistent execution of service standards.ย 

Sales & Financial Performanceย 

  • Manage and motivate teams to adhere toย sales targets for the clinic, driving strategies to increase revenue and profitability.ย 

  • Review and analyze P&L statements, financial reports, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve financial performance.ย 

Staff Development & Recruitmentย 

  • Partner with Human Resources to support, recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing talent to help drive clinic growth

  • Develop and implement ongoing training, coaching, and performance improvement plans for clinic staff.ย 

Market Analysis & Strategyย 

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.ย 

  • Recommend and execute local marketing and business development initiatives in collaboration with corporate marketing team.ย 

Customer Experienceย 

  • Ensure exceptional client experience standards are maintained across all clinics.ย 

  • Actively engage with clients onsite to gather feedback and reinforce a culture of service excellence.ย 

Budget & Expense Managementย 

  • Oversee and manage clinic budgets, ensuring responsible expense control and efficient resource allocation.ย 

Reporting & Analysisย 

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and key business insights for the Regional Director and senior leadership.ย 

  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve clinic performance.ย 

Problem Solving & Issue Resolutionย 

  • Proactively address and resolve operational challenges, staffing concerns, and client service issues.ย 

  • Act as the escalation point for complex problems and provide timely, effective solutions.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • 3+ years of clinic management experience in healthcare, medical spa, retail, or hospitality industriesย 

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilitiesย 

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitabilityย 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsย 

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilitiesย 

  • Ability to work onsite daily at assigned clinic locationsย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferredย
