You are expected to take ownership of maintaining a full schedule, promoting our services and products, and staying engaged in the growth and reputation of our brand. Your ability to uphold our high standards of care, client experience, and daily operations is vital to the overall success of the spa.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Perform high-quality aesthetic services in accordance with Rejuvenation MedSpa protocols, policies, and industry standards.

· Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional care, service, and follow-up.

· Actively promote spa services, skincare products, and seasonal promotions both in person and via social media.

· Maintain a professional online presence and create content that reflects our values and services.

· Participate in spa events, community outreach, and networking opportunities to support business growth.

· Stay current on all training and continuing education for the treatments and skincare brands we offer.

· Maintain a consistently full schedule by encouraging rebooking, client referrals, and promoting treatment plans.

Downtime Expectations:

When not with clients, aestheticians are expected to stay productive and contribute to spa operations by:

· Creating social media content

· Performing laundry duties

· Managing inventory of backbar and retail products

· Cleaning and organizing treatment rooms and the lobby

Cross-Functional Support:

When all aesthetic tasks are complete, aestheticians may assist with:

· Front desk operations (e.g., scanning, answering voicemails)

· Non-clinical support for the medical team, as needed

Performance Standards:

· Aestheticians are expected to take responsibility for maintaining a full schedule; if consistently un-booked, staff may be sent home.

· Collaboration, professionalism, and flexibility are essential in supporting the spa’s smooth daily operations and client-centered mission.

Requirements:


Qualifications:

· Active state licensure as an Aesthetician.

· 3-5 years Spa or MedSpa experience preferred.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Social media savvy and comfortable creating content.

· Willingness to attend events and ongoing trainings.

· Availability for evenings, weekends, and promotional activities.
