Job description

The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. This position involves managing a typical caseload of 5-10 patients per shift in an acute care setting. Nurses use advanced clinical skills and critical thinking to provide comprehensive care, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and patient education. The role requires strong communication and collaboration with diverse healthcare professionals and proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Meditech. This position offers rotating day and night shifts with opportunities for ongoing training, certification support, and mentorship.

Responsibilities
