About the Role:

As a Medication Technician at Cobbs Hill Manor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by accurately administering medications and monitoring their effects. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and facility policies, while maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will also be responsible for documenting medication administration and any observed changes in residents' conditions, which is vital for their ongoing care. In addition to medication management, you will provide compassionate support to residents, fostering a nurturing atmosphere that promotes their dignity and independence. Ultimately, your work will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our residents and ensuring their comfort and safety in our facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with elderly populations.
  • Basic First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities:
