Mclean, VA โ€ข Remote

$80K - $200K/yr

Contractor

Re-posted 28 days ago

Job description

Top producers wanted.

Step into a platform built for scale. At Neighbors Reliance, experienced agents get what they’ve always wanted: top-tier comp, full renewals, day-one vesting, full independence, marketing support, and inbound leads that convert. Whether you’re looking to double your income, reduce your overhead, or grow your book without the grind, our system is designed to help you scale faster, earn more, and stay fully independent.

About the Opportunity:

This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not a W-2 position. This is an opportunity to build your own Medicare insurance business — max commission and renewals paid directly to you by each insurance carrier. It’s a modern Medicare telesales platform built by agents, for agents — purpose-built for remote, scalable production.

What You’ll Do:
  • Get trained and supported as you start selling Medicare plans
  • Speak with clients by phone to help them understand their coverage options and guide them through enrollment in suitable plans
  • Use our integrated CRM and quoting tools — no cold calling or door knocking
  • Earn commissions, bonuses and renewals for every client you serve
What You’ll Get:
  • $347–$694+ per sale in first-year commission
  • Vested renewals from day one ($347+)
  • High-converting, inbound call leads
  •  Turnkey tech platform – CRM, quoting, enrollment, compliance tools, and more
  • Significant marketing expense reimbursements per sale
  • Fully remote, flexible hours – sell part-time or full-time
  • Modern telesales workflow — no door knocking, no cold calling
  • AI-assisted tools to improve closing rates and client tracking
  • A path to grow your own team or agency if you choose
Ideal Candidate:
  • You’re an experience Medicare insurance agent — but you want the right partner, guidance, max comp and system to help you succeed.
  • Currently licensed with a Life & Health license
  • At least 1 year of Medicare sales experience (Advantage, Supplement, or PDP)
  • Familiar with CRMs, quoting tools, and phone-based selling
  • Looking to scale production, reduce overhead, or increase lead quality
  • Motivated, organized, and excited about being part of a high-performance agency

Commission-based with bonuses and recurring residual income.

Experienced agents often earn $100,000–$200,000+ annually, with long-term income growth through renewals and team-building potential.
