Medical Assistant - Floater

We're looking for an energetic, compassionate Medical Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on variety. If you're someone who likes meeting new people, working alongside different providers, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a Floater Medical Assistant position with a primary home office in Moorestown, NJ. You'll also provide clinical support at our Comprehensive Foot and Ankle locations and our Sewell office, helping ensure our patients receive the highest level of care across our South Jersey practices.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll play an essential role in helping our providers deliver excellent patient care. Every day is different, and you'll be a valued member of each team you support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Room and prepare patients for their appointments.
  • Obtain and document chief complaints, medical history, medications, and allergies.
  • Scribe physician notes during patient visits.
  • Perform digital X-rays.
  • Assist physicians during office procedures.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
  • Clean and prepare exam rooms between patients.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
  • Monitor and replenish clinical supplies.
  • Answer patient calls and assist with office workflow as needed.
  • Provide coverage at our Moorestown, Comprehensive Foot and Ankle, and Sewell offices to support staffing needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every location.

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical Assistant certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused.
  • Flexible and willing to travel between practice locations.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
