Social Worker needed to support long term contract assignment in Ada, OK. Housing, travel, benefits offered to the qualified candidate. '...Ada, Oklahoma, about 85 miles southeast of Oklahoma City. Since 1988, Rolling Hills Hospital has been a premier provider of comprehensive, personalized care for adolescents, adults, and seniors who have developed mental health disorders and substance use disorders. We also offer a specialized program for those who have certain intellectual disabilities. Substance abuse, mental health disorders, dual diagnoses, eating disorders, PTSD, memory and developmental disorders are all treated at Rolling Hills Hospital. Required Certifications/Licenses: โ€ข Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider. โ€ข CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). โ€ข First aid may be required based on state or facility. Required Experience: โ€ข Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field required. โ€ข One or more yearsโ€™ experience working with comparable patient population required. โ€ข Job Duties: โ€ข Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in the delivery of services to individuals and families for the purpose of treating such diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders. โ€ข Conduct a psychosocial assessment and develop an initial discharge plan. โ€ข Conduct individual, group or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan of the patient. โ€ข Provide initial treatment planning for patient based on assessment and coordinate any additional services needed, revising as necessary. โ€ข Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards and revising as indicated by facility or professional standard. โ€ข Maintain a caseload as assigned. โ€ข Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff to facilitate services for the patient, as appropriate to their treatment plan. โ€ข May provide these services in an inpatient or outpatient setting. โ€ข May perform case management, discharge or after care planning as needed..'
