The Opportunity
As a Product Manager- Senior Manager- Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will act as the general manager for commercial and internal products, bridging the gap between business, user experience, and technology to address customer and end-user challenges. Your role will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life, including commercialization and go-to-market strategies.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to drive business growth. Your ability to navigate complexity and communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our firm, as you deepen your expertise and evolve your professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design, development, and management of product activities from definition through end of life
- Driving product innovation by integrating technical skills with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs
- Managing the product lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance to validate market relevance
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for commercial products to drive business growth
- Conducting customer needs analysis and market research to inform product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product vision with business objectives
- Utilizing business process modeling and strategic planning to optimize product development processes
- Overseeing product marketing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve profitable growth
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and address challenges in product management
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
