Part Time

Schedule: Varies Weekly

Available Shifts:

  • 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, or 10pm - 6:30am, varied weekly schedule

Rate of Pay:

  • $19.50 - $20.00 per hour

Job Duties Include:

  • Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership.
  • Administer medications to residents per physician orders and document accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding medication administration.
  • Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutrition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Assist in the coordination of medical appointments and transportation as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and enhance skills.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents' rights at all times.
  • Must pass an FBI and DOJ background check.
