Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes, forming a roadmap for each clientโ€™s progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning, especially in situations that may involve at-risk youths.
