Travel-RN-2 North Med/Surg (613) / 7A-7P

Corpus Christi, Texas

07:00-19:00, Days

Registered Nurse needed for the Med/Surg unit. The candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care to medical and surgical patients, including COVID-positive individuals. The unit has 16 beds and uses the Meditech EMR system.

Responsibilities:

  • Care of med/surg patients
  • Standard nursing skills: IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance, medication administration
  • Communication with all members of the care team
  • Documentation in EMR

Requirements:

  • RN certification
  • Acute med/surg experience 1+ years within the last year
  • Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time
