Job description

Take Charge & Transform the Field of Medical Staffing

Are you ready to take over the market? FullShift Staffing is an ambitious staffing agency looking to move the needle in healthcare staffing… a field exploding with opportunity. But we need a Closer, proven winner and intentional self-starter who thrives on finding top-tier talent and knows how to inspire and influence candidates to join the team, regardless of setting.

Who You Are:

·       Proven: You're beyond the "101-level-speedbumps" that plague new recruiters. On the contrary, you have a track record of placing candidates in hard to fill roles, and you can speak to the challenges and strategies you’ve used to overcome them to create the win.

·       Strategic & Persistent: You’re a creative thinker who doesn’t take “no” for an answer, instead seeking a solution that keeps your objective in sight. Along that same vein, you regularly see yourself as more than "front-line produce", you have a vision for your future and are looking for a partner that needs forward thinkers.

·       Passionate: You believe in making an impact, know the value of a strong team, and are ready to step up from day one.

Why You Want This Job:

·       Ground-Floor Opportunity: Be a key player in a company geared for success. Your wins will directly contribute to our growth, and your best practices will shape and mold a future division.

·       Recognition & Reward: Your ideas and contributions matter, and we’re good listeners. You’re a key component in an engine built to achieve escape velocity.

·       Pathway to Leadership: Excel in production and positively impact your peers in the process, and the doors open for you to shape and influence our teams directly.

·       Culture of Growth: We take pride in our work and ownership of our mistakes. Here, mistakes aren’t someone’s excuse to yell… they’re something we leverage to level-up our team. Candid feedback with positive intent fuels our development. We tame our egos and lean into each other to build a truly collaborative team.

·       Endless Opportunity: With demand booming, your impact here is limitless. As our success grows, expect expansive opportunities, both lateral and vertical.

What You’ll Do:

·       Drive recruitment for RN, LPN, CNA, Allied, and more with a fearless, laser focus on connection and communication via phone, text, email, social media, and more.

·       Push for a better relationship at all times, driving text-based interactions to the phone to create meaningful connection and better identify red flags.

·       Manage your network of external candidates from sourcing to timekeeping with a dual focus on driving revenue and creating outstanding experiences for your travelers.

·       Build relationships from scratch, leverage and expand your network, and deliver in a tough market
