Job Summary

As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty, strong leadership skills, and a drive to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
  • Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
  • Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
  • Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
  • Strong sales background preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
