Within our collaborative framework, you will engage with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, sharing resources and expertise to provide a seamless experience for clients. We utilize modern technological tools such as electronic health records (EHR) for efficient documentation and coordination of care.

• Maintain an active caseload, developing meaningful and professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and assess readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Create, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes to enhance client well-being.
• Keep thorough and timely documentation and progress notes to support treatment delivery and compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately determine client needs and develop appropriate interventions.
• Provide individual therapy sessions consistently each week, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to foster personal and professional growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to deliver holistic patient care.
• Embrace a growth mindset, remaining open to feedback and committed to continuous professional development.

You will provide therapeutic services to a varied patient population, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. Your expertise will help them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. By focusing on a client-centered approach, you will empower clients to engage in their healing processes actively.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) without restrictions.
• A minimum of one year of clinically relevant experience in an outpatient mental health setting post-graduation.
• Proficient in using software tools, including Excel, Outlook, and EHR systems like PIMSY, for tracking caseloads and documentation.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment strategies.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family therapy
• Previous experience working in a remote capacity.
• Advanced skills in developing treatment plans and progress tracking.

Bison Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits for our employees include:
