This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver services. Our organization leverages secure video conferencing platforms and electronic medical record (EMR) software to facilitate seamless therapy sessions and maintain accurate client documentation. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs and tailor therapeutic approaches.
• Developing individualized therapy strategies that incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, medical professionals, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through participation in workshops and training sessions to stay informed about advances in mental health research and best practices.

Your work will primarily involve supporting adolescents and their families, individuals facing mental health struggles, and those who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources. Your compassionate guidance will empower clients to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, with a preference for experience in a telehealth setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with EMR software and relevant technologies.
