In this role, you will provide presales technical expertise to support the sales organization and contribute directly to the success of substation solutions like STATCOM, E-STATCOM, Fixed or Thyristor-Controlled Series Capacitors, Battery Energy Storage Solutions, Synchronous Compensators, and other Substation solutions for transmission applications.   • Extensive experience with FACTS system design, analysis, simulations, and calculations
  • Handson knowledge of tools such as PSSE, PSCAD/EMTDC, RTDS, and similar platforms
  • Experience with VSCbased converter technologies and MACH control systems
  • Background in commissioning, site testing, and routine or type testing of main components
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and complex technical interfaces
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and willingness to travel up to 40-50% across NAM
