Data Modeler Location: Columbia, MD Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience) Clearance Required: TS//SCI with Polygraph Position Status: Pipeline What You'll Do You'll help drive the modernization of business IT systems by designing the data models that bridge legacy complexity and future-state clarity. This role is critical to ensuring that business data - currently distributed across disparate systems, formats, and interfaces - is cleanly migrated, normalized, and mapped into an integrated next-generation platform. You'll collaborate with developers, analysts, and domain experts to reverse-engineer existing systems, expose hidden structures, and build models that support continuity, performance, and security. This could be a great fit if you: * Know how to organize and model messy or fragmented data
* Have experience reverse-engineering both front- and back-end systems
* Use SQL fluently in environments like Oracle or Postgres
* Understand how to normalize, secure, and document mission-critical data
* Are energized by turning scattered legacy information into structured, usable assets
