Psychiatrist - Outpatient No Call, No Weekends
Knoxville, TN $280K-$300K plus RVU Partnership Track in 3 Years

Practice psychiatry the way it should be with a multi-subspecialty outpatient clinic. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, with a real lunch hour and not a single page after the workday ends. AI scribes and a full back-office team handle your documentation and patient messages - so you spend your day with patients, not your inbox.
The Schedule
  • Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch
  • No nights. No weekends. No call.
  • Daily volume of about 15 patients
The Money
  • $280,000 to $300,000 base salary plus RVU performance bonuses
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus + $10,000 in relocation assistance
  • Zero-deductible medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 4 weeks PTO, 5 CME days + $3,000 CME allowance
