Job Description
Cape Fox subsidiary, Wolf Lake Services, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Medical Director to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires high proficiency and experience in occupational health care, responding to employees' immediate health needs, and overseeing wellness clinic operations. This position is contingent upon award.
The hourly range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $134.00 - $155.00.
The above range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
Core Duties:
  • Approve and periodically review written clinical protocols, standing orders, and referral pathways
  • Ensure services remain within accepted standards of care
  • Be available for consultation during normal operating hours
  • Establish urgent consultation and escalation procedures
  • Review unusual occurrences, exposure events, emergency response, and clinical incidents
  • Conduct documented quality control reviews at least quarterly
  • Recommend corrective actions when deficiencies are identified
  • Support infection prevention, OSHA-aligned safety practices, medication controls, and record keeping compliance
  • Coordinate with OSHE representatives regarding clinic operations as needed

Job Requirements
  • Licensed Physician (MD or DO) with active unrestricted license in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia
  • Experience in occupational medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or similar applicable practice area
  • Experience overseeing ambulatory, occupational health, or wellness clinic operations
  • Must be able to provide proof of license and certifications
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
