Job Summary
The Safety Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting safety-related data across Versova's farm locations to support the development and implementation of effective safety programs. This role involves using analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, assess risks, and provide data-driven recommendations for improving workplace safety.
Essential Job Functions
  • Collect and analyze safety data from various sources, including incident reports, inspections, and audits
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets for tracking safety metrics and KPIs
  • Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and potential risk factors in safety data
  • Create detailed reports and data visualizations to communicate safety performance to management
  • Assist in the development of predictive models for identifying potential safety hazards
  • Support the evaluation of safety program effectiveness through data analysis
  • Collaborate with safety specialists to design data collection methods for safety initiatives
  • Analyze the impact of safety training programs using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Assist in cost-benefit analyses of safety investments and interventions
  • Contribute to the development of safety dashboards and performance tracking tools

Required Qualifications
