Medical Registration Clerk (PRN)


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PRN Registration Clerk to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate patient information management.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information

- Register patients into the hospital or clinic's electronic health record system accurately and efficiently

- Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Respond to patient inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the registration department
