About the Role:
Med Supply US is a healthcare company that helps patients receive continuous glucose monitors (CGM) and diabetes medical supplies.
We are looking for a dependable Medical Referral Coordinator to help manage incoming patient referrals and collect required documentation from doctors' offices.
Many members of our team work remotely, so this role is important to ensure our Fort Lauderdale office is staffed and operations run smoothly during business hours.
Our office is located near I-595 and I-95 in Fort Lauderdale.
This is a calm office environment, and we are primarily looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with doctors' offices.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage patient referrals from doctors' offices.
  • Contact physician offices to request medical documentation when needed.
  • Send and receive documents via fax or secure email.
  • Track documentation requests and follow up when records are missing.
  • Update patient information in internal systems.
  • Communicate with internal team members regarding referral status.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
