A busy healthcare clinic is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to support front desk operations, patient registration, insurance verification, payment collection, and overall patient flow. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression
  • Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
  • Provide registration forms and collect required patient documentation
  • Obtain and scan copies of insurance cards, identification, and other required documents
  • Register new patients and update existing patient records
  • Verify insurance information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collect patient payments, copays, balances, and other required fees
  • Process cash, check, and credit card payments
  • Assist with billing questions, payment issues, and basic account inquiries
  • Maintain patient flow and communicate wait times or updates as needed
  • Answer phones with a clear, professional, and courteous manner
