Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Quickmed is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting both patients and providers by handling a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations in our medical office.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and capable of providing high-quality service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Interview patients and document basic medical history
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Update and manage medical records and insurance documentation
  • Arrange hospital admissions, referrals, and lab services
  • Check in patients and document information in charts
  • Assist providers during medical examinations and procedures
  • Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms and medical equipment
  • Generate and distribute memos, letters, forms, and faxes
  • Handle basic accounts receivable/payable and maintain financial records

Qualifications
