Insight Global is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a busy outpatient cardiology practice. This person will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing check-in/check-out processes, scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, verifying insurance information, and supporting overall front office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong customer service and organizational skills.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of front desk, medical reception, or patient access experience
  • Cardiology or specialty clinic experience
  • Experience answering high-volume phone calls
  • Knowledge on insurance
