Join Crystal Springs as a full-time Children's Program House Manager and help change lives in the Assonet, MA area.
We proudly provide competitive compensation of $54,000 to $58,200 per year, contingent upon your experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is disbursed in two installments: $2,250 after 90 days of employment and an additional $750 following six months of dedicated service. Furthermore, bonuses are prorated for employees in select regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more, regardless of whether their schedule totals less than 40 hours per week Additionally, we offer great benefits like:

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid driver's license
  • Associate's degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or related field OR 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience with children and/or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field
  • High School diploma with 3+ years of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred)
