Pediatric Associates of Arlington Heights is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our well-established pediatric practice. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the pediatric practice
  • Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate staff schedules to align with patient appointment volumes and operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and Illinois state regulations
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue cycle oversight
  • Optimize workflows and maintain efficient use of the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Payroll and 401K management
  • Accounts Payable 
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee facility management
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a pediatric or outpatient setting
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Google Suites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a pediatric or multi-provider practice
  • Knowledge of Illinois healthcare regulations
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • ADP knowledge
