Pediatric Associates of Arlington Heights is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our well-established pediatric practice. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the pediatric practice
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate staff schedules to align with patient appointment volumes and operational needs
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and Illinois state regulations
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue cycle oversight
- Optimize workflows and maintain efficient use of the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Payroll and 401K management
- Accounts Payable
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee facility management
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a pediatric or outpatient setting
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Google Suites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a pediatric or multi-provider practice
- Knowledge of Illinois healthcare regulations
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- ADP knowledge

Work Location
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $65,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonus available
