Location: Monticello, Illinois

Shift: Day/Evening Shift

Hours: 40 hours various shifts


Job Summary: Full-time position available working at Kirby Medical Group Monticello, will split between primary care and quick care. Kirby Medical Group is an accredited Patient Centered Medical Home. Practitioners function within a care team environment, utilizing effective communication, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills. This integrative care clinic is in search of a primary care physician to grow our team. The primary concentration (75%) for this role will be family practice, providing care for patients of all ages. This includes management of acute conditions, chronic diseases and conducting wellness exams, with an emphasis on promoting health and wellness. Additionally this physician will be responsible for supervision of Kirby's convenient care Advanced Practice Providers and driving appropriate acute care medical practice within this setting (25%). Candidates must be board eligible or board certified. Candidates must be comfortable seeing patients across the age spectrum, performing office procedures, and interpreting EKGs and x-rays. Previous family practice experience preferred.
