Job description

Southeastern Rheumatology Alliance is seeking a Practice Manager for our Gainesville locations.

The Practice Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and supporting the physicians and company executives to execute the goals and objectives of the practice. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, optimizing patient satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Practice Manager leads administrative staff, clinical staff, manages budgets, and implements policies that support the practice’s goals and financial health. By fostering a collaborative environment, the manager ensures that both clinical and non-clinical teams work seamlessly to deliver high-quality services. Ultimately, this role drives operational excellence and supports the long-term success and reputation of the practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in practice management or healthcare administration.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
