The Role:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties to support the Operations team to include the Chief Operating Officer and other departments as needed. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Administrative Operations: Managing meeting agendas, minutes, follow-up, and action items; working on policy development; assisting with Marketing and website content and providing back-up support for the front desk.ย 
  • Site Operations: Providing support to staff during property renovations/relocations, assisting with receivables, and providing support on-site as needed.ย 
  • Project Coordination: Support special projects and administrative initiatives, as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:ย 

  • Experience: 3+ years of property management experience to include on-site and main office.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, administrative, verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize as well as multi-task.
  • Licensing: Valid Driver's License, insurance and a personal vehicle are a must.
  • Software Programs: Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe products required. Yardi & Rent Cafe experience a plus.
