Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish) – Fee-for-Service Dental Practice

Location: Sugar Land
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the dental office while helping guide patients through treatment planning, financing, scheduling, and case acceptance. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management & Operations
  • Manage daily operations of a busy fee-for-service dental practice

  • Supervise, schedule, and support a team of 6–8 employees

  • Maintain efficient patient flow and front-office operations

  • Coordinate with owner doctors and remote support teams including billing, bookkeeping, and marketing

  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction

Treatment Coordination
  • Present treatment plans clearly and professionally

  • Educate patients on recommended treatment and financing options

  • Improve case acceptance and patient follow-through

  • Verify and explain dental insurance benefits and coverage

  • Coordinate scheduling for treatment and follow-up care

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Oversee collections, accounts receivable, recall systems, and scheduling

  • Monitor office KPIs and reporting using practice technology platforms

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Support office growth through operational efficiency and patient retention

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in PPO and/or fee-for-service dentistry

  • 5+ years of dental office management experience preferred

  • Expert-level proficiency with Open Dental software

  • Experience presenting treatment plans and improving case acceptance

  • Strong understanding of dental insurance benefits and billing

  • Experience supervising teams of 5+ employees

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
