What You’ll Do & Bring

As a Medical Office Manager, you’ll lead front office operations, drive patient experience, and ensure efficient scheduling and workflow to support high-quality, coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise Patient Service Specialists (PSS)
  • Optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and appointment confirmation processes
  • Monitor KPIs including productivity, collections, patient experience, and schedule utilization

  • Manage scheduling templates, minimize no-shows, and maintain strong patient retention
