Responsibilities:
3-5 years experience
-Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
-Schedule appointments and maintain an organized patient calendar.
-Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
-Collect and manage patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
-Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
-Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
-Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
