ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.

Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

4x10.0 shifts with DEN rotation, plus occasional weekends based on unit needs.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity in our cardiac cath lab providing dynamic pre and post-procedure care as well as PACU recovery. Our fast-paced expanding fields include the treatment of patients with vascular, electrical conduction, coronary diseases, and structural heart diagnosis. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care and procedural support in acute and non-acute situations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the cardiac cath lab setting.
  • Assist with pre and post-procedure care.
  • Support PACU recovery for cardiac patients.
  • Monitor patient vitals and telemetry.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Current RN License (NY License ONLY)
  • BLS (AHA) certification
  • ACLS (AHA) certification
  • Recent experience in CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU required
  • Cath lab experience preferred
